By touring with Viva, you are supporting Viva la Musica while enjoying two of the most picturesque European travel destinations.
Travelers wishing to make their own air booking may purchase a land-only package from Viva by deducting $700 from the pricing of the appropriate Singer or Non-singer package. |

• All singers must attend Viva rehearsals January - March, 2011 and perform in farewell concert on March 6th
• The Airfare included in these prices is guaranteed only until October 25th, 2010.
• Any participants joining our tour after that date will likely need to pay a higher fare.
• Airline surcharges are only estimated until the tickets are booked and may fluctuate. Our tour company advises that we may need to pay an additional $25 at time of booking.
• If you are interested in a single occupancy, please contact us for pricing.
PLEASE NOTE:
• After the June 21st, 2010 deadline there will be a $25 additional payment and a $25 additional payment will be charged for any missed deadlines.
• Early sign up ensures the lowest cost.
• Payments made before deadline will be gladly accepted.
• $40-50 for lunches and dinner suggested included in your budget.
• You must submit a copy of your valid passport or visa, good through September 2011, with your down payment.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Each traveler must agree that:
A. All payments made to Viva la Musica are non-refundable, for any reason.
B. Once the traveler has confirmed participation in the trip, he or she is responsible for all required trip payments. In the event the traveler cannot make the trip, he or she may locate another individual to take their place, if prior to December 1st, 2010. Viva la Musica bears no responsibility for finding additional interested travelers.
C. A late payment charge of $25 will apply in each instance where an installment payment is not paid by the published due date.
