EVERYONE on the Sweden trip must complete two MidAm International forms:

A Participant form and a Flight form

 

Participant Form

One form per participant. Your personal information is not seen by other participants.

Flight Form

MidAm needs a flight form from each partifcipant or family.​

Passport​

Travelers require valid passports for international travel. Your passport needs to be valid for 6 months past the last date of the residency, so it needs to be valid at least until January 12, 2027. 

​If you need to apply for a new passport or a renewal, do so now (live link). The website says renewals take 4-6 weeks.

 

Book your flight​

Make your flight arrangements to arrive Stockholm, Arlanda airport (ARN), Sunday, July 5, 2026, prior to 3:30 PM, if you want to take advantage of  complimentary ground transport offered by MidAM from airport to residency hotel.

 

Check out of the hotel is by Sunday, July 12, 2026, no later than 11 AM.  MidAm provides complimentary transport from hotel to airport.​

Hotel

The residency hotel is the Radisson Blue Waterfront Hotel, Stockholm. There is another Radisson Blue Hotel just down the street—it is not the residency hotel!​​​​
